1. What operations can be performed with the help of your service?

2. What are the guarantees?

I filled out the application form, but nothing happens when I click "Exchange". Why?

Before you create an order you need to confirm that you are acquainted with the rules of exchange and agree with them. To do this you need to put the V next to I agree to the Terms of Service under the paynent details fields. Only after that the "Exchange"
button will become active.

6. The order has been paid. When will I receive my exchanged money?

We usually make transactions to your account within 2-3 minutes after the order has been paid. If you send Bitcoins we make the payout immediately after 1 confirmation of Bitcoin network. If your order is not paid after 15-20 minutes, check the status of the order in My Orders section. You can always find out about the state of your order in online chat. Transactions in some systems may take longer (up to two working days). Before placing an order pay attention to the messages on the main page - if you see a message that the orders will be held from 9.00 to 10.00 am, it means that the operators are currently offline and our work will be renewed from 9:00 am Kiev time.

7. My Order status is Failed/Refused, what should I do?

8. How can i cancell my order?

If your order has already been fulfilled you won`t be able to cancel it. If you have made a payment but haven`t marked your order as paid please contact our online-support, we will refund your payment (the fee may be excluded).

9. What if I indicated incorrect details for incoming payment?

If the funds have already been sent to the indicated details and reached someone else's account, you'll need to solve the problem with the owner . If the funds have not been sent or have been sent to non-existent details, you will be notified on the problem by e-mail or phone. The funds will either be returned to you excluding the fee or sent repeatedly to the correct details. To solve this problem you may always contact the online support.


10. I want to order exchange, but there is not enough currency reserve to create an order. What to do?

You may contact the online support, your request will be considered individually.

11. I accidentally closed the browser window, without completing the order, what should I do?

12. Do I have to register on the site?
